MIDAS Pyrolyzer Module

P/N : MIDAS-T-NP1 (MIDAS Pyrolyzer Module for NF3 and PFC Gas Detection)

Pyrolyzer MIDAS® transmitters provide detection of NF3, C4F6, C5F8, and other
gases. The pyrolyzer operates with any Universal MIDAS® Extractive Transmitter
(order separately). Units are powered via direct connection to transmitter unit.
Pyrolyzer includes Pyrolyzer Quick Start Guide and installation screws. Order the
NF3 cartridge (MIDAS-S-XHF and MIDAS-E-XHF) and PFC cartridge (MIDAS-S-XCF
and MIDAS-E-XCF) separately. Order the ventilated top cover separately (MIDAS-A-
103, MIDAS-A-103G)
