Here you’ll find answers to common questions about account registration, order process, shipping, payment, and policies.

Order

1. How do I register an account?

You can register by simply providing a valid email address — no password is required. To log in, just enter your email address and a one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your inbox for verification.

2. How do I place an order?

Select your desired products and add them to your cart. Then follow the on-screen instructions to enter your shipping and payment details to complete the order.

3. How soon can my order be shipped or collected after confirmation?

Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed within 1–3 working days. We will notify you once it is ready for shipping or self-collection.

4. Can I modify my order?

If your order has not been shipped, you may contact our team to request modifications. Once the order has been shipped, changes will not be accepted.

Please note: If your modification falls under any of the following situations, kindly refer to the relevant details below:
i. Replacing items in your order
If you wish to replace an item in your order, the new item must be of equal or higher value. No refund will be issued for price differences if the replacement is of lower value.

If the change results in increased weight or altered packaging dimensions, this may affect shipping costs and incur additional charges.

ii. Changing international shipping address
If you need to change the shipping address for an international order, it may affect the shipping cost. We will re-check the courier charges and inform you of any additional cost before confirming the change.

5. How can I check my order status?

You may check your order status by emailing us at sales@gdss.asia. Once your order is ready, we will also contact you promptly.

6. If I wish to make a bulk purchase or the desired item is unavailable in the e-store, what steps should I take?

For bulk purchases or items not listed in our e-store, please contact our sales team directly via sales@gdss.asia. We will be happy to assist you with pricing and lead times!

Shipping

1. What shipping methods are available?

- Free delivery for purchases above USD500 or self collection is available for local customers in Singapore. 
- International order will be shipped via FedEx by default. If you prefer to use your own courier or freight forwarder, please contact us at sales@gdss.asia

2. How is the shipping fee calculated?

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, delivery location, and chosen courier service. Final charges will be shown at checkout.

3. What is the estimated delivery time?

The estimated delivery time is calculated from the date of payment confirmation.
- For local deliveries, orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days.
- For international orders, delivery time may vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures.

Payment

1. What payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept the following payment methods:
- Credit card payments via Stripe 
- Bank transfer

2. Is payment secure?

Yes. We use the trusted Stripe platform for credit card payments, and also accept bank transfers through official channels. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted connections.

3. How long does payment confirmation take?

-For payments made via Stripe (credit card), confirmation is typically completed within 1 business day.
-For bank transfers, especially international TT transfers, it may take 1 to 5 business days for the funds to be received, depending on your bank’s processing time.
We will notify you as soon as the payment is confirmed.

4. If I choose bank transfer, how long do I have to make the payment?

Please complete the bank transfer payment within 3 days after order confirmation.
If payment is not received within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel your order without prior notice.
