By accessing and using the Gas Defend Solution (GDS) website and placing orders, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of our services, including payment, order processing, delivery, and content usage.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
All transactions and disputes arising from your use of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

1. Time
- Any time or date for completion of the Works provided by Gas Defend Solution (GDS) is for reference only and shall be regarded as an estimate.
- GDS shall not be held liable for any delay, loss, or damage arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to supplier delays, transportation issues, manpower shortages, natural disasters, or force majeure events.
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all deliveries and services shall be rendered during business hours only – Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM, excluding weekends and public holidays.
2. Cancellation Policy
- No cancellations are allowed once payment has been confirmed.
- Any request to cancel an order after payment confirmation will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to 100% of the order value.
3.Order & Acceptance
- All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Gas Defend Solution (GDS). We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
4. Payment Terms
We accept payments via Stripe and bank transfer.

If payment is not received within 3 days of order placement, we reserve the right to cancel the order without further notice.
5. Shipping and Delivery
-Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
-Domestic (Singapore) deliveries typically take 3-5 business days. International shipping times depend on destination and customs procedures.
-Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery or pickup.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GDS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our products or services.
