Refund policy

1. Exchange Requests

We are happy to assist with exchange requests under the following circumstance:
- The item received does not match the original order (e.g. incorrect model, specification, or quantity).

Note: To help us resolve the issue efficiently, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt and kindly provide clear photo evidence of the issue. Late or incomplete requests may not be accepted.

2. When Return / Exchange Is Not Applicable:

We appreciate your understanding that we are unable to accept return, exchange, or refund requests in the following situations:
-The order was placed incorrectly (e.g. wrong model or quantity selected by the customer).
-The product does not meet customer expectations in terms of performance or compatibility.

Important Notice
-We do not accept any refund requests, regardless of the item’s usage status or packaging condition.
-Kindly verify all product specifications, models, and quantities before placing your order. If you are uncertain, feel free to contact us for confirmation.

3. Warranty

All products include a one-year warranty, effective from the date of shipment or pickup.

  • Warranty covers:
    - Manufacturing defects only.
  • Warranty excludes:
    - Damage due to misuse, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
  • Warranty claims:
    If you believe your product is eligible, please contact us with your order number and a detailed description of the issue. Our team will review your case and advise on the next steps.
