Shipping policy
1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
2. Shipping Methods & Fees
Local (Singapore) Customers
- Orders can be fulfilled by self-pickup or local delivery.
- Free delivery for net purchases above USD 500.
- A delivery fee of USD 15 applies to orders below USD 500.
- No delivery to offshore islands or P.O. Boxes.
- A redelivery charge of USD 15 applies if the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful.
International Customers
- All international shipment will be shipped via FedEx by default.
- International shipping fees (FedEx) will be calculated upon checkout, with shipping options available.

- International orders may be subject to customs inspection, duties, taxes, and other import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Domestic (Singapore): Typically 3–5 working days.
- International: Typically 3-10 working days, subjected to destination country customes clearance event.
4. Tracking
Local (Singapore) Customers:
- You will be notified via email when your order is ready for pickup or out for delivery.
International Customers:
- Once your shipment is arranged, a tracking number (AWB) will be emailed so you can monitor delivery progress.
- If you have chosen pickup under Ex Works Singapore, we will notify you of the shipment details via email once your order is ready for collection.
5. Shipping Accuracy and Liability
- Please ensure accurate and complete shipping details when placing your order.
- Gas Defend Solution (GDS) is not responsible for delays, losses, or extra costs caused by incorrect/incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
- Any resulting costs (e.g., redelivery fees, customs clearance charges) will be payable by the customer.
- GDS is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor strikes, transport disruptions, or customs inspections.
